Larry D. Woolf, Managing Member, has had the opportunity to work in almost every operational position and corporate culture that a casino/hotel environment has to offer while focusing on Casino Marketing, Casino Operations, Table Games, Executive Recruiting and Retail Operations. He has played an integral part in the opening of several major casinos and is currently licensed by the State of Nevada as a gaming operator.

  
  Marc Weiswasser, Managing Member, is an 18 year casino veteran who has spent the last 10 plus years specializing in Executive Recruiting as well as having responsibilities in Human Resources. His areas of expertise also include Table games management, operational reviews, customer service and Supervisory training.

  
   Rick Latini, Director, started as an Executive Recruiter within the Banking Industry while living in Southern California. His last 13 years have been focused in the Gaming and Hospitality industry and he owned his own search firm from 1998 to 2002. Rick has been a part of the present team for more than 6 years.
